The CallForwarding.com Rewards Referral Program provides the opportunity to refer friends, colleagues, and associates to CallForwarding.com and receive compensation.
While the CallForwarding.com Rewards program is in effect, CallForwarding.com will award cash or account credit to any entity that refers an Eligible New Customer that signs up and activates their account within a 90-day period from the date of referral. This award will be issued only after the referral has been an active and paying customer for 3 billing cycles. A W-9 tax form for people inside the US and a W-8Ben or W-8Ben-E outside the U.S. must be completed and submitted prior to issuance of the award.
Offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions and is not applicable to past purchases. Additional services, fees and taxes not included. Other restrictions may apply. Additional fees will be incurred for accounts or extensions suspended or cancelled within 90 days of activation. Partners or agents of CallForwarding.com are not eligible to participate in the referral program.

Definition of an Eligible New Customer
An “Eligible New Customer” is a business that (1) is not currently, and has never previously been, a CallForwarding.com customer, (2) is not already registered as a CallForwarding.com lead in CallForwarding.com’s records, (3) signs up for a CallForwarding.com service while this Referral Program is still active, and (4) that maintains an active CallForwarding.com account in good standing for three billing cycles after activation of account in compliance with CallForwarding.com’s Terms of Service. Former CallForwarding.com customers are prohibited from qualifying as an Eligible New Customer. Agents or partners of CallForwarding.com are not eligible.
Once a referral is submitted, it is reviewed to determine if it is a Qualified Lead for CallForwarding.com. At the time of referral submission, we request a completed W-9/W-8Ben form so we can pre-process this information and are able to proceed when the lead becomes a customer.
Definition of a Qualified Lead
A qualified lead is defined as a new contact in a decision-making role at an organization not already registered as a CallForwarding.com lead that is in the market for and in a position to purchase a product from CallForwarding.
How to Earn Rewards
In order to be eligible to earn Rewards, you must submit your referrals directly to CallForwarding.com via the form provided on the Referral Website. If that referred customer purchases services from CallForwarding.com and has an account in good standing after three billing cycles with no open balance, then you will be eligible for a Reward for the referral (assuming you meet the definition of Eligible Referrer above).
If an Eligible New Customer is referred by more than one Eligible Referrer, only the original Eligible Referrer validated by CallForwarding.com shall be entitled to receive the Reward.
You agree not to abuse the tools in the Referral Website by conduct which is detrimental to the interests of CallForwarding.com, including without limitation, attempting to make referrals or receive rewards in a manner inconsistent with these Rules or the intent of these Rules, attempting to earn rewards through illegitimate channels, participating in fraud, or tampering with Referral Program or its tools.
A completed W-9/W-8Ben tax form is required prior to issuance. The W-9/W-8Ben form must match the name of the person or company receiving the award. If a valid W-9/W-8Ben form has not been received and approved within one hundred and eighty (180) days of Reward eligibility, or ninety (90) days after New Customer has activated their account, the Reward will be forfeited. In the event the Eligible Referrer’s account has a past due balance, that balance will be deducted from the Reward. Rewards are considered taxable income and are subject to local, state and federal taxes. When the value of the rewards reaches $600 or more in a calendar year, a 1099 tax form will be generated and mailed to you for tax reporting purposes.
CallForwarding.com recommends that you keep all statements sent to you for your record keeping purposes.
CallForwarding.com reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend, adjust, suspend, change or discontinue any terms described herein without prior notice. CallForwarding.com retains sole discretion and authority to interpret all aspects of the referral program including, but not limited to, criteria, eligibility, amount and/or frequency of payments and whether such payments will be made. Employees of an Eligible New Customer are not eligible for referral awards for that same Eligible New Customer.
